Dear Mr. Dhruv,

With reference to above, we are hereby handing over the stag bar area on Saturday (23/09/17) onwards and intimating you to start the work and coordination with MEP sub contractor at site.

1. We hereby acknowledge the receipt of the kitchen drawing at stag bar area and 1^st floor and having no objection.
2. You hereby instructed to coordinate with MEP contractor (Chirag Electro Mechanical) in order to execute your scope of work.
