Subject            : Regarding Epoxy grout and our concern as well as submitting the physical                        samples.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you for the epoxy grout and our concern.

1. We received sample, with three components with high strength epoxy grout and applied one color at mock up tiles.
2. We also want to inform, the irregular cutting of will tile, the epoxy grout is spreading with irregular cavity at edge due to the same grouts not finished up to the required quality.
3. The rough tile edge will bond firmly because of the epoxy grout strength, and rough edge tile provided we identify the risk that we cannot remove a single piece tile if required for maintains .It may affect all for adjacent tile due to high strength fixed on gypsum board .it will damage wider area and gypsum may dskin in future during maintains. 
4. As it three components grouts will consume more time for application it will add more delay in site.

So, we are requesting the epoxy grout is not physiable to use. Due to fact mention above.

We will propose non sink high strength water proof grout from the Fosrock or Emirates specialties to mitigate or ovoid the risk.
