Balance work at 14 th floor and three nos of door not fixed as well as  still Architrave not fixed up to now and pool quality work ( Top priority / Urgent action requested)

Dear Mr.xxx,

We would like to inform you that as per our LPO Ref No.  CC/Destec/005 and letter of nomination on dated 27.1.17 Ref No. AP /269/334 you have all wooden Doors in your scope.

Now we came to know that some of the door still not fixed which include two numbers in toilet  door and one number for corridor ( Total 3 Nos).

Furthermore, your quality of the work and door level is fixed up and down that has not been rectified and because of that we cannot finish our painting on wall.

So, we are hereby inspection to complete the balance work and rectify the defect for the work done.

Thanks in advance if you can take immediate action as we have civil defense inspection on 3.7.18 and work to be completed before, in case of any failure you will be responsible for delay of the work.
