Dear Mr.xxx,

With reference to the above, we are expressing serious concerned over failure of fixing all the doors in your scope despite of our continuous follow up.

For any delay of Dubai Civil defense application or providing fire rated certificate we will hold you responsible for the same.

So, we are hereby instructing you to fix all the doors in your scope for the captioned project immediately with further delay.
