With reference to above, the LPO was sent on 18.6.17 and our site staff coordinated previously, kindly note the following and request to reply.
1. Kindly send us your acceptance of LPO and Guarantee / warrantee certificate to chirag contracting, the main contractor.
2. Kindly provide us delivery schedule when material will delivered.
3. For site location and further coordination before delivery and other assistance kindly call me or write back.
