Dear Sir,

With ref. to above, we are following up through our reminder with Sales Manager -Sachin Nair, we came to know that he is not available in your office, so for the same we are intimating you following details for immediate action.

1. The lift work package which has all blank forms which need to be filled and stamped.
2. We need the softcopy of Lift work package to make required changes.
3. We require 3 sets of hard copy of Lift work package
4. Your bank guarantee specimen form as well as performance bond all documents are in this package to be followed and provided.

So, kindly note without signing the agreement we cannot release any payment which is being delayed from your end and also refer to our previous letter CC/269/LW/02.

Kindly do the needful immediately.
