Subject : Delay in Submitting the Program
Dear Mr. Neel,
We regret to receive your letter Ref: xxx dated 17th of October xxx subjected “Delay in Submitting the Program”. The contents of your letter are refuted and baseless. Please see below our reply point by point.
- You are referring to a request dated 2nd of June xxx which we don’t have a record of.
- We received the signed Subcontract Agreement on the 24th of September xxx.
- You are referring to contractual clauses to register 137 days of delay when we just received the Subcontract Agreement few days back on the 24th of September xxx.
- Any program to be issued by (Contractor Name) is contingent on a Subcontract Agreement, approval on material, instruction on proceeding with the procurement of the items subject to variation, etc. All these were received in the past 2-3 weeks (still waiting for the tiles), after lots of follow up from our side.
- We will submit a program by today, based on the assumption of receiving the approval and green light on the newly nominated tile supplier by 21st of October xxx. Any delay in receiving this approval will push the whole program forward by equivalent period.
We kindly ask you to be more prudent before sending such aggressive messages as this will not be in the best interest of the project.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Yours faithfully,
On behalf of xxx LLC
