Dear Mr. xxx,

Please be informed that xxx haven’t got any official MEP clearance from xxx Engineering to complete our false ceiling works in the pods. The materials and work force is already available at site. From the meeting yesterday with the client and consultant representatives it was clear that xxx clearance above the ceiling for the Plot OAS 006, Block 4 is on 28^th of January. So there is no delay from xxx site so far in the work progress.

Below mentioned are the dates given to Unipods as clearance confirmation from Al Hani.

PLOT 006         Block 4            28^th      January            xxxx

                        Block 3            28^th      January            xxxx

                        Block 6            29^th      January            xxxx

                        Block 5            31^st      January            xxxx

                        Block 2            03^rd      February          xxxx

                        Block 1            07^th      February          xxxx

Any false ceiling removed from our pods after the works are finished, xxx cannot take the responsibility for the damages and cleaning.
