Dear Sir,

We received the signage drawing with Transmittal Ref. no. AP/269/CC/61 dated xxx and PS item on Bill No. 14, Page no. 12/2/5 – Façade Signage & Internal Signage and these sub-contractor to be nominated by the employer which is still awaited.

So, we are hereby requesting the signage subcontractor must be nominated immediately to coordinate, approval of the samples and to fulfill other requirements.

This is for your kind information and the main contractor will not be held responsible for the consequence/ coordination/inspection delay in the nomination.
