Subject            : Regarding handing over the Ground Floor and our issue.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above we would like to inform you kindly clear the following.

    1. Our MEP ref no CEM/71167/2017 dtd 23/07/17 and note their requirements as mentioned below.

1. Lighting Control Sub contractor.
2. The issue of the block wall whish is required by kitchen sub contarctor at window GL-03 at coffey shop area which is still not cleared.
3. Still we are waiting for the approved Emirates Kicthen shop drawing to execute the MEP work.

So, kindly review our requirement to allow us to handover the area to Destec and Makestylo after completing the required MEP and civil work.
