Subject : Regarding material approval for the Chilled water wall on 14/02/17 and clients re visit on approval with comments “non acceptance”
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, our chilled water walls submitted on 16/1/2017 our ref no CC/AP/269/MAT/HAVC/023 and approval on 14/2/2017 and after that client inspected the material after fixing and put their comments on 24/08/2017 that material not approved comments and kindly note the following.
- Our letter ref no CEM/CITYMAX/10269 & other documents atthched here with for your review and reference.
- The supplier is only ready to replace the unfixed material and they will not take back the material which is already fixed.
- In this case there is huge rework to replace the material and it with impact cost and time.
- In case of replacement, we have to hold the other successor activities till replacing as well as testing and approvalfor all area from ground floor and above.
- Supplier need full quantity to supply for the project excluding motaorised valve.
So, this is for your kind information that it is a serious issue now, we are waiting for your further instruction and to discuss with the employer for the impact, cost and time as well as additional work, which is holding our other activities.
