Subject : Regarding our approval for the BMS System xxx dtd on xxx.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we received approved as noted with comments that as mention below.
“Any comments from the clients shall be confirmed to you within 48 hours”
Kindly note that we will wait for 48 hours to place the order and kindly note that the instruction is define if, no comments deliver within 48hours it will be confirmed “Approved” by the employer.
So, now we consider the final approval since no comments released in specified period and we are preceding the order with this confirmation.
