Subject : Regarding difeence in tile sizes for the delivery recived and quality issue.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that toilet wall quality issue was intimated before our letter ref no AP/CC/397/17 dtd 27/04/17.which was self-explanatory that we have the issue of the tile difference as well as tile edges bend in irregular shape.
Furthermore, the same issue we found with the new delivery received in two containers on August 27th 2017 and we cannot select and match each and every tile to achieve required groove line and level. (Horizontal & vertical) to deliver the quality as well as we found broken tile in the packing.
This is the big risk for us and we cannot take the responsibility for any NCR related to tile quality after fixing the defective material.
Furthermore, we are stopping the wall tile progress in toilet wall tile and attaching the photographs for your reference to advise and resolve the issue.
So this is for your kind information that main contractor will not be responsible the defect in the material supplied by client (toilet wall tiles)as well as other impact related the defective material/ delay in the site progress and we are waiting for your further instruction till then we are holding the activity in typical floor.
Attachments of photos for the tile taken from the different packing and checking for surface level, comparative size matching etc.
