This is further to our subsequent discussion regarding client nominated subcontractor M/S Souhail Jaber Aluminum & Glass Contractors for sliding windows works, we want to put on record that as per your email confirmation (copy attached) we are entering a subcontract agreement with M/s. Souhail Jaber Aluminum & Glass Contractors for the aforesaid works with 60% advance of total contract value without securing bank guarantee/security cheque and 5% retention provision for DLP.
Therefore, the client will take sole responsibility/risk of advance payments, subcontractor performance of the site and during DLP.
