With reference to your letter Ref: AP/269/CC/246 Dated 19.02.2017, kindly note that the Contractor Claim as per FIDIC 4^th Edition reprinted in 1992, “Clause 44.(c)”, Contractor is entitled to have claim for adverse climatic conditions as per agreed Terms and Conditions in FIDIC.

Kindly review accordingly as per our Contract.
