Regarding issue of the joinery nominations

Subject            : Regarding issue of the joinery nominations (your ref no. xx)

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we have received your letter with ref no:AP/269/293 dated 14.02.17 with the amount of nomination AED 589,720.00 and we received another letter with ref no.AP/269/294 dated 20.02.17 with the cost of AED 966,604.00.

As per these two nomination letters as well as documents which shows separate BOQ’s, we cannot recognize the differences and we will not issue any LPO without having single BOQ with the cost and please note the following:

1. In the first nomination there is a BOQ with amount of AED 589,720.00
2. Second nomination with another BOQ and the amount is AED 966,604.00
3. We are unable to find out the differences of additional documents

So, kindly be requested ,we can issue one LPO with single value and provide us single BOQ  from the M/s Home Center and in your two different communications, we are unable to understand that, in the second document AED 966,604.00 is the additional amount or not?

So, please do the needful and provide single BOQ.
