Dear Sir,

With reference to the above-mentioned subject and subsequent discussion with client during site meeting/site discussion the Client has expressed his intention to appoint M/s. Cherwell Bespoke Interior Specialist as Wooden and joinery works subcontractor. Their scope of work defined by the Client are following: –

1. TIMBER DOORS BOQ Ref. bill no. 2 page no. 36
2. Dress cabinet, drawers, ironmongery, all complete as specified and shown on drawings BOQ Ref. bill no. 2 page no. 33
3. wood works BOQ Ref. bill no. 2 page no. 41
4. wooden external cladding with LED Strip Lights
5. Decorative Wooden Batterns treated
6. Treated Wood Exterior Cladding

We are waiting for confirmation form Client/Consultant to coordinate with his appointed wooden and Joinery works subcontractor to secure materials and shop drawing approvals prior to start works at site.
