Dear Sir,

With reference to the above-mentioned subject and subsequent discussion with client during site meeting/site discussion for supplying of wall and floor tiles.

Site will be ready for having install floor and wall tiles by first week of May 2020 as predecessor activity of tiles fixing has schedule to complete within this month.

Therefore, we request to Client to deliver tiles at site accordingly and the same has informed yesterday site progress meeting.
