Subject : Issue of MEP (Formal reminder)
Dear Mr.Tahir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject please find the followings.
- Revised Corridor coordination drawing not yet submitted. We have issue of time extension delayed by since last 30 days (Ceiling drawing rejected on xxx).
- Pump room foundation issues not yet resolve and work under hold.
- Fire hose cabinet issue pending since 6 months (Work under hold).
- Level confirmation and services coordination for the Ground floor and 1st floor, we are facing reminders from consultant and issue of the handing over (Serious issue).
- 2nd floor toilet not yet handover to start tiling and waterproofing work.
- Floor tiling under hold at 2nd floor (We can’t make mock up floor and can’t shift office).
- Interior did not have full toilet clearance.
- Doorbell drawings not submitted and affect the partial clearance. (Impact in Partition work).
- Clearance to the joinery only in Room no 1, 2, 3 balance rooms not yet handed over (Complain from Interior).
- Unit no 4, 7, 8,9,10 still MEP not give clearance.
- Air cooling fan not available.
- Big fan already order for working area and MEP team cannot work without fan it’s create the problem for work Progress. (No progress due to fan issue).
- Tiling work under hold at basement due to urinal shop drawing rejection and resubmission.
