Dear Mr.xxx,

With respect to above I have given the sample draft for every inspection that to be signed by Hilti inspector and provide the copy to the main contractor to submit to the consultant as well as to provide the plan for the next activity by sub-contractor /civil work / interior work

Kindly follow the protocol and I am not entertaining any email or watsapp communication

Furthermore, please asses the total material for the building to be consumed so that we can plan or budget the money to purchase the same

Kindly avoid the situation that you do not have the material at the site which is happening today even the same issue from 3 days before

This is very serious issue and to be handle professionally and proper filing
