Dear Tahir,

With ref. to above, the following are to be submitted to consultant.

1. Inclusion/ exclusion items to be submitted
2. Long lead item must be submitted by tomorrow
3. Cut out drawings must be submitted today (letter ref. no: AP/269/CC/131 dt.31.08.16)
4. Shop drawings and material logs to be updates and to be submitted to consultant.
5. MEP drawings required for mockup room, which include water supply, exhaust, any ducts or machine and AC drawings for toilets for unit no 5- twin room  & unit no 6- queen room which we have considered for mock up room
6. New IPTV drawings received from consultant letter ref. no AP/269/CC/158 dt 09.10.16 to be followed.
7. Guest room management system – time escalation letter ref. no: AP/269/CC/150 dt.25.09.16

So, kindly resolve all the pending issues.
