Subject: Regarding Submission of consultant commented copy back to us and contract agreement
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that we have received the revised shop drawings from you but your submission is considered as incomplete due to the non-receipt of consultant commented copy back to us.
So, we cannot proceed further for the submission unless the receipt of consultant commented copy.
Furthermore we received the quotation copy from consultant as a addendum same has been attached with the 3 set of agreement and submitted to the consultant office for their stamp.
Once the documents are stamped by the consultant we will inform you to collect and stamp all 3 sets and return back 02 sets to us.
