Subject : Meeting For BOQ Adjustment

Dear Sir,
With Regards to the above-mentioned subject and a meeting held in your office with our Project Manager in your presence on 26/11/2019 at 3.30pm the following points were discussed: –
- Removing of BOQ item exterior finishes, Wall finishes – Wooden Cladding, Aluminum powder coated vertical Louver, Floor finishes – RAK Porcelain Tile hard wood PEI-5.
- LS2 – Screed subbase is replacing by Granite 60x60cm – Granite supplied by the Client (Note: Fixing by MCM only, to insure quality control in this highly visible area which will reflect upon us).
- Internal paint application only, paint supplied by Client.
- Floor Tile size is changed from 240 x 120cm to 120 x 60cm.
- Internal Staircase – Semi Solid Parquet (FF3) for tread & riser is replaced by same tiles used for floor 120 x 60cm.
Please note that there are few items which will have cost implication, we are working on it and will be submitted to you shortly.
