With Regards to the above-mentioned project and subject, we are in receipt of Low current works Quotation from ……. without Consultant/Client approval.

We request you to provide us official Subcontractor nomination or at least approve the quotation signed by client and consultant with details of work scope to facilitate subcontractor agreement as aforesaid item is under Provisional Sum.

We also like draw your attention for the following Subcontractor nomination:

• Wooden Works (doors, Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobes, Vanity Counters)
• Light Fittings, Switch and Sockets
• Garage Door and Pedestrian Door
• Cat Ladder
• Sky Light
• Mirrors

Therefore, we request you to issue aforesaid Subcontractor nomination/approved quotation at the earliest to meet the project completion date.
