SUB : Regarding fixing of cradle support and its related issue and delay at site
Dear Mr. xxx,
With reference to the above we are hereby informing you that we are facing the issue due to fixing of cradle at site and note the following:
1) We agreed with your foreman 15 days before to bring the material at site and to be fix on Friday, but this is not happen at site
2) At elevation no: 1 and 2 our scaffolding was at site but you did not use and we already removed this from site and we did continuously follow up you but there is no action from your side and our project site is suffering
3) Kindly note that our painting work is delayed and it will delay our project because of the issue of the cradle support
So, you are solely responsible for delay of our work as well as we need your immediate action on this Friday and bring your material
