Sub : Pool Deck Tile Nomination and Verbal Intimation by the Client to Supply the Tile from RAK Project
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, it has been verbally confirmed twice that the pool deck tile is already received by you at RAK Project for Citymax and we are kindly requesting to confirm it formally that pool deck tile will be supplied to us from your other project.
As we have the nomination in 15th of August 2017 with letter REF. NO. AP/269/311 and we did not send them the LPO because of the verbal intimation by you that you received the tile already.

So, kindly reconfirm the same and we are requesting to supply the tile at site now with minimum two (2) days prior notice.
