Dear Mr. Yasser,

We noted your Letter Ref: xxx, dated xxx and would to assure you that we will do the required to support you and to be a part of your team to handover the project on time.

Please note that the installation of the Joinery is 100% completed as required except few where the site is not ready because of the various reasons. We have dedicated team on standby at site to complete it as soon as the site is open for installation.

Currently Snagging and De-snagging are monitored based on their daily target to close more number of open issues in each buildings through Aconex fields.

We still have the entire team available at site at your disposal to complete the project as required.
