Subject            :  Our review and comments for the Pool Shop Drawing submitted by the Pool Sub Contractor

Dear Sir,

With reference above, we are submitting our review and comments about the submitted shop drawing of Pool Sub contractor and kindly note the following:

1. The Pool Sub- Contractor proposed the GRP recycling Tank on pedestal. So now, they don’t need the RCC Recycling Tank ,for that no variation for us now, except the additional foundation for the Tank.

2. The pool sub-contractor have not mentioned any cross ventilation which need to be review by the consultant and required your comments on the shop drawing.

3. The access for the Tank area and pump room from the pool deck was designed by the Pool Sub Contractor, kindly review and advise which type of the cover are required because MS cover will get rusted and maybe very heavy to open. Kindly review and advise as well as do we need really 1m X 1m cover, It will too heavy ?

4. The access ladder also required for the access from pool deck to Pump Room at water Tank and Pump room area.

5. The Pool Deck was closed and confined area before, now it may require the lights inside that also need to be review and advised from your side.

6. How many numbers floor trap is required in Pump Room ,where need to be connected and need to be coordinated by MEP.

7. We need to have floor screed to provide the slope towards floor drain.
