Non acceptance of the claim and we have our right to counter claim

Dear Mr.xxx,

With reference to above we would like to inform you that you didn’t follow the contractual terms and conditions as well as you didn’t prepare the soft drawing from the site measurement and due to that Chirag Contracting LLC face a countable loss for the following as well as kindly find our reply for the Ref No:  CM-AL BAR-269-HC-TR002 dated 10^th June 2017.

1. You didn’t handover the project and you cannot blame the main contractor for any snagging or minor damage that we have responsible for this and it may happen because of multiple agencies are working.
2. Your product must be protected with proper production which has not been carried out in professional manner and this is not the cause.

We are not accepting your claim and we have the following claim.

1. We fix the additional GI boxes because you have not taken the site measurement and this was not our scope and cost AED 24,000.
2. We work because we didn’t execute the sliding door work and you hold our work for false ceiling and our claim is AED 9500.
3. We provided light and water and temporary accommodation at site for your four no: of people and total rent for AED 10,000 including light and water.
4. We are closing our site by 6pm last two months your worker working in overtime till 8pm, we paid additional fuel cost for 250 KVA generator daily AED 1200.00
