Subject : Mock up room GRMS conduits fixed as per verbal instruction from Client and variation
Dear Sir,
With reference to above , we would like to inform you that the points discussed during site visit on dated 30.01.2017 for GRMS system supplier M/s. BMTS (Mr. Niranjan Roy) in presence of Mr. Shailen Verma, as discussed & based on verbal instruction following provisions are being provided for GRMS system in the mock up rooms.
- 20mm conduit is provided in curtain pelmet & to be dropped down through aluminum section of the window to install the window contact. This 20mm conduit will be taken through floor to the GRMS control panel above false ceiling.
- 20mm conduit is provided in the door sub frame for the door contact & raised above false ceiling to GRMS control panel.
- 20mm conduit is provided from thermostat & raised above false ceiling to the GRMS control panel.
- The location of the GRMS system control panel will be above false ceiling in toilet area.
- Supply of window contact, door contact, thermostat & control panel will be in scope of GRMS system supplier i.e. M/s. BMTS.
- This is the variation for the contractor and that will be submitted after receiving the drawings from the nominated subcontractor with terms and conditions. we are requesting to clear this inspection from the client to close the partition wall.
The interfacing is required to be done between the window contact, door contact & the thermostat based on the GRMS system approved by Client at later stage. Kindly clear all information from the client to issue the closing instructions of the partition.
Note : For aluminum window contact we need to coordinate with aluminum sub-contractor for his acceptance as well as with the acoustic consultant for any sound leakage.
