Dear Sir,
This is further to above cited letters and attached email correspondence, we wish to put on record that the contract agreement to construct captioned project has been mutually terminated since 28the September 2020, and final settlement is resolved on 6th October 2020.
The Employer Mr. Abdul Aziz Hassan Al Shamsi has failed on his contractual obligation to change contractor with DDA after two month of time which should not take more than 07 working days.
Moreover, site activity is being carried out illegally without our permission and without any subcontract agreement with subcontractor. This is completely unacceptable approach as we are accountable to authority for entire site until our name is replaced by new contractor.
Therefore, we are forced to lockup the site without any option left by the employer as we did not observe any positive intention/initiative from him to address this issue in a good manner, and the same has intimated you and the employer numerous time through all available communication means.
