With reference to the above referred project and to the scope of works for the Supply and Installation of External Doors, Staircase Handrail, Vertical Fins, Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes and Vanity Units, we hereby undertake and guarantee to M/s xxx and the Client that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will not use any chromated copper arsenate (CCA) treated timber, that the adhesive product does not contain any xxx (xxx Containing Materials) and that the adhesive product has the required VOC for Estidama’s Compliance.
