Subject:           Delay in Approval of Submittals

Dear Sir,

We refer to the Shop Drawings and Materials submittals we have submitted to CPD (refer to the attached logs), and would like to raise our concerns regarding the delay in receiving your comments and/or approval on our submittals which till date we have not receive any.

Considering the fast track nature of the project and as discussed previously, in order to meet the project program duration, it is imperative that our submittals shall be responded not later than 3 days from receipt.

In view of the foregoing, we hereby notify you of the delay in receiving the approval which will have an impact on the program of works; consequently, we reserve our rights to claim for extension of time of completion and any associated costs which will be provided in due course.
