Dear Sir,

Further to our on-going works for the Tower 16A for the above referred project, we would like to draw your attention regarding the site clearance where we are unable to install our delivered and assembled materials which will affect our program of works, we kindly request from you to provide us the clearance in order for us to install our materials at site and avoid any unnecessary damages. At the very least, kindly provide us the date when we can install our delivered materials, as any delay on our progress shall not be our responsibility due to the site un-readiness to receive the materials.

In view of the above, we reserve our rights for extension of time and its associated cost, which shall be submitted in due course.
