Dear Sir,

We refer to the above subject and to the Tall Units which as per the discussion between Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors and Unipods that these Tall Units have been submitted by Unipods as a variation and till date have not been approved by the Client, moreover the same has not been allowed by Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors in the agreed amount for the project.

Consequently, there are differences between Unipods drawings and the current approved drawings by the Client, hence, if you would like us to produce the Tall Units for this Tower 10B, it will be at additional cost and it will be based on the current approved shop drawings by the Client. The corresponding cost impact of these Tall Units will be submitted in due course.
