Dear Sir,

We refer to the recent requirements by the Client to change the Reception Counter from the original design to L-shape design, please be informed that this changes constitute a variation to the contract, thus, we are submitting herewith our claim for the additional cost amounted to AED 137,102.10 (UAE Dirham One Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand, One Hundred Two and Ten Fils Only), details as per the attached documents.

In view of the above, we request for your necessary approval in order for us to proceed further, moreover this additional work shall entitle us for extension of time for completion.
