Subject : Physical Damage on Sprinkler Head
Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 7th October xxx regarding the alleged damaged done by Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors’ worker on the pendant sprinkler head in Building G13, 5th Floor Flat 503, which came to us almost one month after it has allegedly happened.
Moreover, the attached photos on your letter do not signify that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors’ worker has actually done the damages, therefore, unless you will provide us the solid proof showing that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors’ worker has done the damages, we are not in a position to believe and accept that the damages is our responsibility.
In view of the above, we reject your accusation and we will not accept any deduction that will be applied on our account due to this alleged damaged sprinkler head.
