Dear Sir,
We would like to draw your attention regarding our installed wardrobe unit in Cluster 12 Block B Flat 303 where it is being used as a Storage Unit by M/s Fawas (refer to the attached photos) without even coordinating with Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors and this is not acceptable, please be informed that any damages and the corresponding time and cost implications to our installed materials shall be the responsibility of M/s Fawas.
In view of the above and being the Main Contractor of the project, we request ASCON to instruct M/s Fawas to immediately remove its materials being stored in our installed wardrobe unit and all the cost for making good shall be back charged to M/s Fawas.
