Subject: Undertaking for NCN Nos. 197 and 203
Dear Sir,
Further to the NCN Nos. 197 and 203 dated 26 January xxx (copy attached) and to the subsequent Inspection Requests references xxx dated 17th April xxx and xxx dated 16th May xxx in relation to the required rectification on the ceiling works due to sagging, however, as per the current state it is not feasible to carry out the rectification.
In view of the above, we undertake to carry out the repair of the aforesaid areas at our cost whenever the situation permits us to carry out the works provided that the required rectification shall be notified to us prior to the completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
