Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of ASCON’s letter reference xxx dated 4th August xxx regarding to the contract number to be followed in the handover documents for the above referred project.
Please be informed that the contract reference number mentioned in your letter has not been issued to us, hence, prior to us committing in providing the contract reference number on our handover documents, we would like to request that a copy of the same shall be provided to us in order to review what is the effect of such contract conditions in our scope of works.
In view of the above, unless Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors is provided with the copy of the contract referred in your letter, we are not in a position to include it in our handover documents; however, we will refer on the contract that ASCON and Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors signed for this project.
