Dear Sir,

We refer to the meeting held today at the AKOYA site wherein ASCON has instructed Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors to carry out the Painting Works for the Cluster 12 Block A & B, Levels 7, 8 & 9 for the above referred project, please be informed that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors has no objection in carrying out the works, however our acceptance is subject to full floor scope of works with the same rate as per our Work Order.

Moreover, the program duration for this scope of works shall not be included in our original program; it shall be treated separately or as extended period.

You are requested to confirm you acceptance on the above in order for us to proceed further.
