In reference to our meeting yesterday at your office wherein we discussed our payments for the above referred Subcontracts Agreement, it was highlighted that the release of the payments is related to the submission of the Performance Bonds from Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors. 

Please be informed that due to the Subcontract Value being split into 4 different packages has constrained us from requesting a performance bond from our head office. Furthermore, most of the above packages are near to completion, which we have funded from our end, and we would appreciate it if you can release our payment.
