Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 22nd October xxx regarding the alleged delay of work progress by xxx Interiors which came as a surprised, and we refute your statement that we are delaying the progress of works.
Please be informed that if there was delay in our works, it is due to site un-readiness and as evidence to this, we have attached herewith the photos which are affecting our works due to uncompleted works by others.
We are fully coordinating and cooperating with your team with regards to our works, however, any issues by others which affects our works is not our responsibility, hence, we will not accept any liquidated damages that may be applied on our accounts as the delays is not by xxx Interiors.
