Dear Sir,
We, the undersigned M/s xxx Interiors LLC., P. O. Box xxx, xxx, United Arab Emirates with telephone number xxx and contact person Mr. xxx – xxx, provide Warrantee for the Wooden Doors both for Material and Workmanship used in the above Project in accordance with the specification, for a period of Five (5) years from the Taking Over of the Works commencing on 7th April xxx, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- This warranty shall cover all the defective areas where failure has been caused by faulty materials or workmanship and shall not cover other damages or defects howsoever caused.
- It shall be Employer’s responsibility to notify us at the above address of any defects appearing in our system immediately on occurrence, and this Warranty shall be void if repairs or other works are carried out by any Third Party.
- This Warranty shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Dubai Court / United Arab Emirates.
