Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

With reference to the subject and in response to your letter xxx dated 23^rd December xxx, herein we request your kind attention to facilitate the subcontract addendum to cover this variation cost and considering the following payment terms:

1. 25% Advance Payment against security cheque
2. 65% on installation payable after 60 days from the date of our invoice submission date
3. 10% Retention to be released as follows:

3.1 5% after project preliminary handing over

3.2 5% after project final handing over

In view of above, upon signing the subcontract addendum, we will be ready to comply with M/s Client’s requirement.
