Subject                 : Notice of Misuse & Damage of Pods

Dear Sir,

We are writing to notify you that the Contractor and/or his workers/subcontractors on site are proceeding with major works inside the pods delivered by M/s xxx (Contractor Name).

These works are being done without prior approval or supervision by M/s xxx (Contractor Name).

We are very concerned on the misusage of the pods and damages generated form such works on site.

It has been noticed as per the attached photos (appendix 1) that your subcontractor M/s Rattan House team is cutting the boarding of the pods and causing damages to the wall tiles while installing shelves below the vanities.

These works are being done in a haphazard way and leading to damages to major components of the pods. Accordingly, we hereby notify you that such unsanctioned works and damages are under the full liability of ASC and M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will hold no responsibility to rectify such damage incurred from these works or any indirect damage to other elements of the pods resulting from such works.

Please note that we will not accept that any works be done in the pods until after our pods are officially approved. Any works done prior to receiving final approval of the pods will void our warranty.

We urge you to stop immediately any and all works inside pods delivered to site by M/s xxx (Contractor Name) until these pods are inspected and approved. Any rejection to delivered pods due to works done on the pods by other parties will be under the full liability and responsibility of ASC and will result in suspension of deliveries.
