Dear Sir,

We are writing to you following our letter reference (a) above and the meeting held on 19 September xxx at your site office which was recorded in the minutes of meeting reference (b) attached as appendix 1 and would like to record the following:

Outer boarding including Rockwool insulation are no longer in the scope of M/s xxx (Contractor Name) except for shaft areas as mentioned in our letter reference (a).

Additionally, some other scope changes were requested and recorded in the meeting which are highlighted below:

1. Light switch back box and CDP insulation are also no longer in the scope of M/s xxx (Contractor Name) as agreed during the meeting held on 19 September xxx and recorded in the minutes of meeting (appendix 1, point #14).

• M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will only provide the water supply connection to the POD accessories and the electrical conduit and back box to the shaver socket.  (appendix 1, point #14)

• M/s xxx (Contractor Name) are requested to provide an extra 2.5 meters of wires in the pods having the main light switch located next to the doors and to provide an extra 5 meters in the pods having the main light switch located away from the pod door. (appendix 1, point #15)

• At drainage riser locations a support is requested to be provided from M/s xxx (Contractor Name) at 1.5 meter height to support the pipes at the pods wall. (appendix 2, point #4)

• The light fixtures will be installed on site by the Main Contractor due to the delay in arrival of this free issue item. M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will only be providing a 3 mm indication hole. (appendix 1, point #16)

• M/s xxx (Contractor Name) were also requested to use a T-fitting 32 mm pipes from the washbasin drain extended up to the ceiling.

Accordingly, our technical team have accommodated these requests in their drawings and our commercial team will be addressing any associated cost impact (if any).
