Dear Sir,

We are writing to you following our previous letters referenced above with regards to the POD type 1, Barcode #xxx located in apartment 306 at building 3.

This above pod that was damaged on site by your Subcontractor was rectified by M/s xxx (Contractor Name) on site as per your instruction to rectify the damage in place and all the required rectifications were made with the approved materials and as per the approved dimensions.

This pod is again in good condition and is still covered under M/s xxx (Contractor Name) warranty.

Accordingly, we kindly request you to close the NCR and share the closure with us.
