Dear Sir,

As a follow up to our letter ref (a) above, we are writing again to notify you of the extreme damage caused on site to the approved Pod type 1M, Barcode #xxx located in apartment 316 at building 3 level 3 as per the attached photos (appendix 1) following an incident which has happened on site whereas heavy material was dropped on the pod resulting in extreme damage.

We have started investigating the exact extent of the damage, and the report will be submitted to you confirming if the repair can be made on site together with the estimated cost of this repair.

Please note that this extensive damage is the sole responsibility of xxx as confirmed as well by the site damage report signed by your Engineer (appendix 2) and M/s xxx (Contractor Name) shall only proceed with repair activities once the cost of such repair is approved.

We again urge you to avoid such ongoing damages to the delivered pods and take the utmost care in the handling of material and equipment in areas adjacent to the pods. Please note that damage caused may impact the performance of the unit which we are not responsible for and may lead to voiding the warrantee.

Once again, we urge you to instruct your teams to be extremely careful when working inside or around the pod to avoid the damages and all its consequences in the future.
