Subject                 : Failure to supply marble vanity tops per the project requirement

Dear Mr. Neelesh,

You have failed till date to supply marble vanity tops that complies with the approved material by the consultant.  More than 20 pods delivered to site are inspected and rejected due to marble quality.

Furthermore, the failure in obtaining the approval multiple times for the 26 no. of sets that are still required till date, despite knowing the consultant requirement has caused delay, damage and loss to (Contractor Name).

On the other hand your declaration in your letter reference: xxx dated 26th April xxx that you won’t be able to replace with complying materials and requesting to approve the previously rejected sets is not accepted. You were supposed to secure the quantity in your stocks per the project requirement to avoid such impact to our work.

M/s xxx will be held fully responsible for any consequences that may arise due to such failure and we reserve our rights to back-charge all the occurred costs.
